Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY ZONE TEXT CHANGE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a public hearing to be held by the Farmington City Council at the City Offices, 160 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, on TUESDAY, AUGUST 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, to consider amendments to Chapters 27, 28, and possibly other chapters/sections of the Farmington City Zoning Ordinance regarding Transfer of Development Rights (TDRs) in Planned Unit Developments (PUDs), and waivers in lieu of required common area/open space and/or other factors (ZT-10-15).
