NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
Clearfield City
The Clearfield City is proposing to increase its property
tax revenue.
- The Clearfield City tax on a $157,000 residence would
increase from $139.37 to $155.43, which is $16.06 per
year.
- The Clearfield City tax on a $157,000 business would
increase from $253.40 to $282.60, which is $29.20 per
year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, Clearfield City
would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by
4.67% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue
excluding new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on
the tax increase.
