NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
Salt Lake City School District
The Salt Lake City School District is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The Salt Lake City School District tax on a $250,000 residence would increase from $882.06 to $893.34, which is $11.28 per year.
- The Salt Lake City School District tax on a $250,000 business would increase from $1,603.75 to $1,624.25, which is $20.50 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, Salt Lake City School District would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 7.75% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
