Description/Agenda: The Herriman City Planning Commission and City Council hereby gives notice of a Public Hearings scheduled for August 6, 2015 and August 12, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at 13011 South Pioneer Street, Herriman, Utah. The purpose of the public hearings is to receive comments on the vacation of a portion of 7530 West Street at the intersection of High Country Road. A map of the proposed vacated property and legal description are available during normal business hours at the office of the City Recorder, 13011 South Pioneer Street, Herriman Utah.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Herriman City will make reasonable accommodation for participation in the meeting. Request assistance by contacting Herriman City at (801) 446-5323, providing at least 48 hours advance notice of the meeting.
