- KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 13, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center, Kaysville, to consider: Rezone of 1.19 acres of property at approximately 50 East 220 North from GC (General Commercial) to PU (Public Use).
