- HERRIMAN CITY COUNCIL SOCIAL NOTICE Tuesday, July 28, 2015 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Herriman City Council shall attend a Neighborhood Meeting to discuss options for Blackridge Reservoir located at 13011 S.
