- The public is encouraged to pose and provide solutions for the employment of Utahns in the DSPD system. The format is a 'roundtable' where the public, the Division, stakeholders, providers, and support coordinators are welcome to discuss issues, strengths, and opportunities in meeting Employment First Legislation requirements. Please submit questions before hand to Ryan Carrier at rcarrier@utah.gov or bring them with you to the meeting.
