- PUBLIC NOTICE SPECIAL MEETING - DAVIS COUNTY COMMISSION The Davis County Commissioners will attend the Layton City Council's work session and council meeting scheduled for July 16, 2015, to receive information from citizens and to provide a question and answer forum for Davis County matters. The work session is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. and the Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Both meetings will take place at the Layton City Offices located at 437 N Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah 84041 July 10, 2015 By: Janet Hanson Commission Office
