Description/Agenda: Box Elder District Office Board 960 South Main Brigham City The Box Elder School District is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The Box Elder School District tax on a $162,500 residence would increase from $703.20 to $747.18, which is $43.98 per year. - The Box Elder School District tax on a $162,500 business would increase from $1,278.55 to $1,358.50, which is $79.95 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, Box Elder School District would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 2.93% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
