- Public Meeting of the Utah Committee of Consumer Services Tuesday, July 14, 11:00 a.m. Room #210, Heber M Wells Building 160 E 300 S, Salt Lake City, Utah AGENDA 1. Welcome & Business 2. Case Updates Staff will present an update on recent cases impacting the work of the Office. 3. Open and Public Meetings Act Training Staff will provide an overview of the requirements of the Open and Public Meetings Act. This training is required annually. 4. Policy Objectives Staff will review the policy objectives that have been approved by the Committee to guide the work of the Office. 5. Overview of Types of Cases Staff will provide an overview of the types of cases that typically comprise the workload for the Office. 6. Discussion: Net Metering Issues Staff will provide background on the net metering issues being addressed in a proceeding before the PSC for the benefit of the Committee's discussion. 7. Other Business & Adjourn Members of the public who would like to bring issues before the Committee are welcome to contact the Office of Consumer Services regarding upcoming meeting agendas.
