The Clinton City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at the time indicated, on July 21, 2015, in the Clinton City Hall, 2267 North 1500 West, Clinton, Utah: 7:10 p.m. - Review and action upon a request from Uinta Land Investments, LLC, for a recommendation to the City Council for approval of the Final Plat of Fenway Estates Subdivision, located at approximately 2475 West 2300 North and 1000 North on 2000 West. The Clinton City Council will hold the following public hearing at the time indicated, on July 28, 2015, in the Clinton City Hall, 2267 North 1500 West, Clinton, Utah: 7:45 p.m. - Review and action upon a recommendation from the Planning Commission on a request from Uinta Land Investments, LLC, for approval of the Final Plat of Fenway Estates Subdivision, located at approximately 2475 West 2300 North and 1000 North on 2000 West.
