a. Christmas Village Committee. Consideration of the appointment of Bev Rudd to the Christmas Village Committee. (Approve appointment)
b. Ogden Housing Authority. Consideration of the reappointment of Branden Hansen to the Ogden Housing Authority. (Approve reappointment)
6. New Business:
a. Transit System Locally Preferred Alternative. Presentation by Utah Transit Authority regarding the Transit System Locally Preferred Alternative. (Receive input)
7. Public Hearings:
a. Annexation - 3284 South 1700 West. Proposed Ordinance 2015-14 providing for the annexation of 0.82 acres of land generally located at 3284 South 1700 West and classifying said land as Manufacturing and Industrial Zone (M-2). (Adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote)
b. FY2016 Budget Amendment - Transfer to Redevelopment Agency. Propose Ordinance 2015-31 amending the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $1,000,000. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote)
8. Reports from Administration:
a. Work Without Permits on Public Properties Amendments. Proposed Ordinance 2015-33 amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Section 7-5-16 to revise permit requirements and restrictions and amending Section 7-16-1 to revise penalties relative to permits. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote)
b. Road Cuts Ordinance Amendments. Proposed Ordinance 2015-34 amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Section 7-5-12 to establish provisions for road cuts and patching and amending Section 7-6-1 to allow for variances to engineering requirements. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote)
c. 2015 Municipal Election. Consideration of approval of the list of Poll Workers for the 2015 Primary and General Municipal Elections and the setting of the Primary Election Board of Canvass for August 25, 2015 and the General Election Board of Canvass for November 17, 2015. (Approve/not approve Poll Worker List; set/not set dates for Boards of Canvass - voice vote)
d. BDO (DDOU) Lease Revenue Proceeds. Proposed Ordinance 2015-35 amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Subsection 4-3A-7.H to revise provisions regarding BDO (DDOU) lease revenue proceeds. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote)
e. Certified Tax Rate. Proposed Resolution 2015-13 determining the General City Certified Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2015-2016. (Adopt/not adopt resolution - roll call vote)
f. ***Drought Resiliency Grant. Proposed Joint Resolution 2015-19 authorizing an application for a drought resiliency grant relating to the installation of remote metering capabilities. (Adopt/not adopt joint resolution - roll call vote)

A City Council work session will be held immediately following the Special Redevelopment Agency meeting. The purpose of the work session is to have discussion regarding the Transit System Locally Preferred Alternative, proposed Ogden Arts Advisory Committee ordinance amendments, and Council business.
