- INVITATION TO BID Clearfield City is accepting electronic sealed bids for the Clearfield City Public Works & Parks Facilities Upgrade - Phase 1A Improvement Project. The detailed bid documents can be viewed by visiting www.clearfieldcity.org and clicking on the Doing Business Tab or at www.bidsync.com. All submissions to this bid are due electronically by the bidder through www.bidsync.com no later than Tuesday, July 21 at 2:30 p.m. The contact on this project is Todd Freeman, CEC, 5141 South 1500 West, Riverdale, Utah 84405 or (801) 866-0550. A Pre-Bid meeting for this project will BE HELD on Thursday, July 16, 2015, 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of South Main and 550 South, Clearfield (Clearfield City Public Works Facilities).
