- CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider the following: 1. Amending various Zoning Code Text Amendments in the South Main Street Corridor Overlay Ordinance; including placing density cap for the City Center and Traditional Main Street Districts 2.
