- NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AND PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code § 10-8-2, 'Acquisition and disposal of property,' the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah hereby notifies the public and interested parties that it intends to sell certain real property described below to Central Utah Water Conservancy District and will, at approximately 7:00 p.m., on July 7, 2015, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1307 N. Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah, hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the proposed sale. The real property is described as follows: All of Parcel 58:034:0491 and a portion of Parcel 58:034:0490: Beginning at a point located North 0°11'55' East 90.00 feet and South 89°41'58' East 386.84 Feet from the South Quarter Corner of Section 22 , Township 5 South, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; and running thence South 0°18'02' West 28.00 Feet, thence North 89°41'58' East 86.06 Feet, thence South 34°10'00' East 33.96 Feet, thence North 89°41'58' West 105.28 Feet to the point of beginning. Contains approximately 2,679 square feet. Certificate of Posting I hereby certify that copies of this notice have been posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, the City of Saratoga Springs website (www.saratogaspringscity.com), and at City Hall located at 1307 N.
