- Public Hearing: Utah County Commission, Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at 9:00 A.M., in Room 1400, County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah, to consider the Cherry Spring Properties, LLC Agriculture Protection Area, Sec 3, T10S, R1E, SLB&M, 87.371 acres. There were no modification requests to add to the proposed Agriculture Protection Area. The Utah County Planning Commission and the Utah County Agricultural Advisory Board recommended that the proposed Agriculture Protection Area be approved. Any person or entity may attend the public hearing and comment for or against the proposed Agriculture Protection Area to the Utah County Commission.
