- CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MICKELSON MEADOWS FINAL SUBDIVISION Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing to consider final subdivision plat and plans for the Mickelson Meadows Subdivision, to create four lots for property located at 696 East Center, in the Residential-Low (R-L) Zone, on Tuesday, June 2, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville.
