Consideration of Approval of Bills 5. Consideration of Approval of Financial Reports 6. Public Hearing Fiscal Year 2016 Budget a. Consideration of Public Hearing to receive public comments to consider the proposed North Davis Fire District Fiscal Year 2015/2016 Budget b. Consideration of Resolution 2015R-2 approving and adopting the Fiscal Year 2016 Budget for the North Davis Fire District for the period beginning July 1, 2015 and ending June 30, 2016 and appropriating funds for the purposes set forth therein 7. Consideration of Resolution 2015R-3 Amending the North Davis Fire District Policies, Chapter Seven, Personnel Policy and Procedure manual, Section 8 Personal Conduct, Subsection 2 Personal Appearance of Employees and Providing for an Effective Date 8. Fire Chief's Report 9. Consideration of Presentation of Chief Becraft's Annual Evaluation 10. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Executive Session pursuant to §52-4-205 (1)(a) discussions regarding the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 11.
