Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that Public Hearings will be held before the City of Bluffdale Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, and the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at the Bluffdale Fire Station, 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following: - Proposed amendments to Chapter 11-35 of the Bluffdale City Code in order to add preschool/ daycare centers as a conditional use in the I-1 (Light Industrial) Zone. The hearings are scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meetings of the City of Bluffdale Planning Commission and City Council, which will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. If you cannot attend, please feel free to provide comments in writing. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing assistance or other services for this meeting should contact Bluffdale City Hall at least 24 hours in advance of such meeting at 801.254.2200.
