UPDATED NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS AMENDING AND VACATING PORTIONS OF THE ELBERTA TOWNSITE PLAT. Please take notice that the Board of County Commissioners, Utah County, Utah will hold a public meeting for the purpose of informing property owners about the Elberta Townsite Plat ("Plat") and to discuss the amending and vacating of portions of the Plat. Copies of the Plat will be available at the meeting, but copies can be obtained in advance at the Utah County Surveyor's Office at 2855 S. State Street, Provo Utah. The public meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at 6:30 p.m., at the Santaquin Recreation Center at 45 West 100 South, Santaquin, Utah. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify Renee Huggins-Caron at 100 East Center Street, Suite 3600, Provo, Utah 84606, (801)851-8111, at least three days prior to the meeting.
