BOUNTIFUL CITY COUNCIL BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETINGS VARIOUS DATES AND TIMES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Bountiful, Utah will hold budget committee meetings in various city locations at the times and on the dates given below. The public is invited. Persons who are disabled as defined by the Americans With Disabilities Act may request an accommodation by contacting the Bountiful City Manager at 801.298.6140. Notification at least 24 hours prior to the meeting would be appreciated. Tuesday, April 21 at 8:00 a.m. - Power Department Budget review of Power Department (Power Department Office, 198 South 200 West). This committee will be a joint City Council/Power Commission Meeting. Wednesday, April 22 at 4:00 p.m. - Public Safety & Public Relations Budget review of Police Department and budget for assessment from South Davis Metro Fire Agency (Public Safety Building, 805 South Main). Thursday, April 23 at 4:00 p.m. - Water Budget review of Water Department (Water Department Building, 260 West 1050 South). Monday, April 27 at 4:00 p.m. - Parks, Recreation & Fine Arts Budget review of Community Group budget requests (Bountiful Davis Art Center and associated entities; Historical Foundation; Youth Council; Handcart Days) and RAP Tax. Budget review of Government Buildings, Parks, Golf and Cemetery Departments (City Hall Planning Conference Room, 790 South 100 East) Wednesday, April 29 at 4:00 p.m. - Streets, Sanitation, Traffic Safety Budget review of Streets, Recycling, Storm Water, Landfill and Sanitation Departments (Street Department Building, 950 South 200 West). Thursday, April 30 at 4:00 p.m.. - Finance, Administration & RDA Budget review of Departments located at City Hall (City Hall Planning Conference Room, 790 South 100 East). Legislative and Executive Departments Legal, Liability, Workers Compensation Departments Administrative Services (Information Systems/Computer Maintenance, Administrative and Treasury Departments) Debt Service and Municipal Building Authority funds Engineering and Planning Departments Redevelopment Agency _____________________________________________ City Recorder
