NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Council will meet Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the Council meeting conduct a public hearing on the proposed ordinances briefly described as follows: ?An ordinance of Ogden City, Utah vacating a portion of Center Avenue in the 1600 South block; retaining ownership of the property within the vacated portion of said street; reserving a right-of-way for all utilities that may now exist in said portion of such street or may be required in the future; authorizing the Mayor to hold the vacated portion for sale; directing the City Recorder to hold this ordinance in the office of the County Recorder; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.? ?An ordinance of Ogden City amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $4,791,000 from sources as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and increasing the appropriations for a gross increase of $4,791,000 as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.? ?An ordinance of Ogden City amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 by splitting the Sanitary/Storm Sewer Utility Fund into two distinct funds. The anticipated revenues of the Sanitary Sewer Utility Fund would decrease in the amount of $15,923,234 and the anticipated revenues of the Storm Sewer Utility Fund would increase in the amount of $15,923,234 for a gross increase of $0.00 as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and the appropriations of the Sanitary Sewer Utility Fund would decrease in the amount of $15,923,234 and the appropriations of the Storm Sewer Utility Fund would increase in the amount of $15,923,234 for a gross increase of $0.00 as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.? Copies of the proposed ordinances are on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah.
