- CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider proposed zoning code text amendment for Chapter 12-60, Accessory Apartments, by adding new regulations to this chapter.
