Child Abuse Prevention Month. Proposed Joint Proclamation of the Ogden City Council and Mayor declaring April 2015 as ?Child Abuse Prevention Month? in Ogden City. (Approve joint proclamation ? voice vote) 5. Request to be on the Agenda: a. Weber Speaks. Weber State University students will provide six persuasive speeches regarding formula-based business restrictions. 6. Approval of Minutes: (Voice vote) a. Work session of February 3, 2015 ? Council member Gochnour b. Study session and work session of February 17, 2015 ? Council member Wicks c. Work session of March 3, 2015 ? Council member Stephens 7. Common Consent: (Voice vote) a. FY2015 Budget Amendment ? 2nd Street and Harrison Boulevard. Proposed Ordinance 2015-11 amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 in the amount of $4,791,000. (Set public hearing for April 21, 2015) c. FY2015 Budget Amendment ? Sewer Utility/Storm Utility Fund. Proposed Ordinance 2015-12 amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. (Set public hearing for April 21, 2015) d. Weber-Morgan Board of Health. Consideration of the reappointment of Neil K. Garner to the Weber-Morgan Board of Health. (Approve reappointment) 8. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. Outdoor Display of Tires in the Central Business District Zone. Proposed Ordinance 2015-13 to allow accessory outdoor onsite display of tires in the Central Business District (CBD) Zone. (Receive input; adopt/not adopt ordinance ? roll call vote) 9. Public Comments: This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas. FY2015 Budget Amendments for: o Capital Improvement Plan projects EN083 and EN090 at 2nd Street and Harrison Boulevard o Separation of the Sewer Utility Fund into Sewer and Storm Utility Funds; ? Council business. A Redevelopment Agency work session will be held immediately following the City Council work session in the Council Work Room.
