NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2015-2016 CDBG ANNUAL ACTION PLAN MAY 7, 2015 Layton City has developed a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan for the 2015-2016 Program Year. The Plan describes City housing and community development needs of low income persons, and outlines the projects that will be undertaken during the Program Year to address these needs. Needs include program administration, public service organization assistance, affordable housing initiatives, historic downtown rehabilitation and infrastructure improvements. The City Council will hold a Public Hearing to review the Plan on Thursday, May 7, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., at the Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting, in the Council Chambers of the City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah. Copies of the proposed Plan are available at the Layton City Community and Economic Development Department, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah. Written comments may be submitted to the Community and Economic Development Department up to the time of the Public Hearing.
