- On Tuesday, April 7, 2015 (rescheduled from March 31, 2015), at 9:00 a.m., the Utah County Commission, in Room #1400 of the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center, Provo, Utah, will hold a public hearing to take comment regarding the application of Kathryn Ann McDaniel, et al, for Elberta Townsite Subdivision, Plat ?C,? which includes the request to vacate a portion, only, of the alley running through Block 54, Elberta Townsite, which portion being immediately adjacent to Lots 1, 2, 11 & 12, in the Rural Residential (RR-5) Zone, located at approximately 12872 West 14780 South, Section 8, T10S, R1W, Elberta area.
