STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
The City of West Jordan, Utah is seeking statements of qualifications from attorneys with expertise in one or more aspects of municipal law including but not limited to: appeals, civil rights, construction, contracts, elections, eminent domain, employment, environmental law, finance, first amendment, franchise, land use and zoning, litigation, Open Meetings Act, ordinances, personal injury, real estate and telecommunications.
Sealed statements of qualifications will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Clerk/Recorder?s Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. at which time the names of those submitting statements shall be publicly announced. SOQ?s shall be deemed received when they are in the physical possession of the City Clerk/Recorder or designee.
SOQ?s, modifications, or corrections will not be accepted if they are not timely received by the City Clerk/Recorder?s Office, regardless of the cause, whether or not by action or inaction of the City, including but not limited to delayed, lost, undelivered or misdirected mail. Facsimile transmitted SOQ?s and/or e-mailed SOQ?s will not be accepted.
