Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday March 4, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on a request by Jeff Southwick for approval of the RMO-2, Residential Multi-Family Overlay Zone to construct two (2) four-plex structures and one (1) duplex structure (total of 10 units) on Utah County parcel 08-155-0007 located on the southeast corner of the intersection of 300 North and 800 East in the R-1-75, Residential Zone. Additional information regarding the proposed amendments may be obtained by calling the Development Services Department at (801) 465-5214.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Payson City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 465-5205 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
