- CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND AFFECTED ENTITIES PUBLIC HEARING ON GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS AND ZONE TEXT/MAP AMENDMENTS FOR WEST CENTERVILLE NEIGHBORHOOD Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a Special Meeting and public hearing on Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, to hear from affected entities regarding proposed General Plan Amendments and Zone Text/Map Amendments for West Centerville Neighborhood including property located approximately east of Legacy Parkway and south of Parrish Lane. The proposed zone text and map amendments to the City?s Zoning Ordinance are to establish a new PL-MU ?mixed-use district? and its associated development standards to implement the drafted policies of the General Plan.
