To be published on February 7, 2015, Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on February 17, 2015, to receive public comment on a request by Duaine Rasmussen, representing Castlewood Development for a Zone Change and General Plan Map Amendment, known as the Draper Crossing at Kimballs Ln Zoning and General Plan Map Amendments, on approximately 7.498 acres of land at approximately 561 East Kimballs Ln. An area equal to 7.389 acres is proposed to be rezoned from RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 square foot minimum lots) to RM2 (Residential Multi-family, up to 12 dwelling units per acre) and an area of 0.109 acres is proposed to be rezoned from RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 square foot minimum lots) to R3 (Single-family Residential 13,000 square foot minimum lots). The General Plan Map is proposed to be amended for a total of 7.389 acres from Residential Medium Density Designation (Residential range of 2-4 dwelling units per acre) to Residential Medium-High Density (Residential range of 4-8 dwelling units per acre).
