- Notice of Municipal Offices to be voted on in the Clinton City Municipal General Election on November 3, 2015 Three (3) City Council Seats (all 4-year terms) are up for election. Petitions or declarations for candidacy must be correctly completed and filed in person with the City Recorder at 2267 N 1500 W from Monday June 1st to Monday June 8th, 2015 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. as set by State Code UCA 10-3-301. The Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 and the General Election to be held on November 3rd, 2015.
