(Adopt joint resolution ? voice vote) c. Idle-free Week. Joint Proclamation declaring February 8-15, 2015 as ?Idle-free Week? in Ogden City. (Adopt joint proclamation ? voice vote) 5. Request to be on the Agenda: a. Ogden City Arts: i. Presentation of sunset report. ii. Proposed Ordinance 2015-2 amending Section 3-16-5 of the Ogden Municipal Code to extend the sunset provision for the Ogden City Arts Committee to December 31, 2017. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance ? roll call vote) 6. Common Consent (voice vote): a. Ogden City Arts Appointments. Consideration of the appointment of Alicia Washington, Kase Johnstun, and Jane Font to the Ogden City Arts committee. (Approve appointments) b. Cancellation of Meetings. Consideration of the cancellation of the February 17th and the March 3rd Council meetings. (Cancel meetings) 7. Public Hearings: a. 2014 Water Conservation Plan. Proposed Joint Resolution 2015-5 adopting the 2014 Water Conservation Plan. (Adopt/not adopt joint resolution ? roll call vote) 8. Public Comments: This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas. REMINDER: A City Council work session will be held immediately following the City Council meeting in the Council Work Room. The purpose of the work session includes presentations and discussions regarding: ? Proposal to create the Business Exchange Industrial Zone (BEI) and the Business Exchange Historical Zone (BEH); ? ? Proposed rezone of property located at 550 Exchange Road from Manufacturing and Industrial Zone (M-2) to Open Space Zone (O-1), Business Exchange Industrial (BEI), and Business Exchange Historical Zone (BEH); and ?
