- CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION AND PUBLIC HEARING ON GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS AND ZONE TEXT/MAP AMENDMENTS FOR WEST CENTERVILLE NEIGHBORHOOD Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a work session on Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at 5:00 p.m., at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, to receive background information and Planning Commission report regarding proposed General Plan Amendments and Zone Text/Map Amendments for West Centerville Neighborhood including property located approximately east of Legacy Parkway and south of Parrish Lane. The proposed zone text and map amendments to the City?s Zoning Ordinance are to establish a new PL-MU ?mixed-use district? and its associated development standards to implement the drafted policies of the General Plan. The Centerville City Council will then hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding proposed General Plan Amendments and Zone Text/Map Amendments for West Centerville Neighborhood for property located approximately east of Legacy Parkway and south of Parrish Lane. The proposed zone text and map amendments to the City?s Zoning Ordinance are to establish a new PL-MU ?mixed-use district? and its associated development standards to implement the drafted policies of the General Plan.
