NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION
The Provo City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers of the Provo City Center, located at 351 West Center Street. The items listed below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 4:30 p.m. in the Community Development Conference Room, located at 330 West 100 South. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 5:00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers. ITEM 1 The Provo City Community Development Department requests clarification of conditions of approval for the Missionary Training Center Project Plan Approval granted by the Planning Commission on January 14, 2015 University Neighborhood 14-0023PPA, Aaron Ardmore, 801-852-6404
ITEM 2 Brad Mackay representing Ivory Development LLC, requests Final Plat Approval for Broadview Shores, a 90-lot subdivision consisting of 24.9 acres, located at approximately 1500 North 3200 West, Provo, Utah, in the SDP-5 (Specific Development Plan Overlay) zone, In the Lakeview North Neighborhood 14-0035SF, Dustin Wright, 801-852-6414
ITEM 3* IHC Health Services Inc., requests approval of a Street Vacation for 940 North between 300 West and 500 West, adjacent to property owned by IHC Health Services Inc. to allow them to connect their property located to the north and south of 940 North into a healthcare campus. Property adjacent to this proposed street vacation is zoned HCF (Health Care Facilities) and PO (Professional Office). North Park Neighborhood 14-0004SV, Dustin Wright, 801-852-6414
ITEM 4* IHC Health Services Inc., requests an ordinance amendment to Section 14.17B.080 to reduce required setbacks and an ordinance amendment to Section 14.17B.100 to increase building height in the Health Care Facilities (HCF) zone to coincide with plans for the UVRMC replacement project located at approximately 1034 North 500 West and is located in the North Park neighborhood, the request has City-wide impact 15-0002OA, Dustin Wright, 801-852-6414
Items noted on this agenda with a star (*) require a public hearing and legislative action by the Municipal Council. The Council hearing dates will be noticed 14 days prior to the Council meeting in the legal notices of the Daily Herald. Items on this agenda without a star (*) are administrative and require the approval only the Planning Commission. Decisions on the unmarked items may be appealed to the Board of Adjustment by making application with the Community Development Department by 6:00 p.m. within 14 days of the Planning Commission decision.
Copies of the agenda materials, public hearing procedure, and staff recommendations are available the week of the hearing at reasonable cost in the Community Development office between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Agendas and staff recommendations are also generally available on the Provo City Community Development web site the week of the meeting at provo.org/planning commission.
