Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Springs City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider public testimony and possibly adopt an update to its Water Conservation Plan. The hearing will be conducted during the regular City Council meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at the City of Saratoga Springs City Building located at 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah 84045
