Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF HEARINGS FARMINGTON CITY SUBDIVSION, SIGN, AND ZONING ORIDNANCE (MAP) CHANGES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a public hearing to be held by the Farmington City Planning Commission at the City Offices, 160 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, on THURSDAY, JANUARY 22, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, to consider amendments to the Subdivision, Sign, and Zoning (map) Ordinances regarding modifications to the subdivision approval process, nonconforming signs, and signs in residential zones, and rezoning a portion of the property located on the northeast corner of State Street and 200 West from OTR to R-4.
