Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Recognition: a. Dale C. Campbell. Joint Resolution 2015-1 recognizing Dale C. Campbell for his many years of service and significant contributions to Ogden City. (Adopt joint resolution ? voice vote.) b. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service. Joint Proclamation declaring January 19, 2015 ?Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service? in Ogden City. (Accept public input, adopt joint proclamation ? voice vote) 5. Approval of Minutes (voice vote): a. Minutes of the Work Session of December 9, 2014 ? Council member Blair b. Minutes of the Special Meeting of December 9, 2014 ? Council member Garner 6. Common Consent (voice vote): a. Water Conservation Plan. Proposed Resolution 2015-2 adopting the 2014 Water Conservation Plan as required by Utah Code Section 73-10-32. (Set public hearing for January 27, 2015) 7. Reports from the Administration: a. Elected Officials Salaries. Proposed Ordinance 2015-1 amending Ogden Municipal Code §§ 2-2-3 and 2-3-6 to authorize annual adjustments to salaries of the Mayor and City Council. (Accept public input, adopt/not adopt ordinance ? roll call vote) 8. Public Comments: This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas. Please state your name and address for the record, and limit your comments to three minutes. 9. Comments: a. Mayor b. Council members 10. Adjournment. REMINDER: A City Council Work Session will be held in the Council Work Room immediately following the City Council Special meeting. The purpose of the Work Session is to to receive a presentation from the GOAL Foundation, to receive a Bicycle Master Plan update and to discuss Council Business.
