Notice of PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2015. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015.
All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted, by mail to Clearfield City, Community Development, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015. Written comments not received prior to the date of the meeting, may not be able to be considered.
ZTA 1412-0001: A request by John Hansen on behalf of J W. Hansen & Associates for zoning text amendment to Title 11, Chapter 11, Article C, Commercial Residential Zone to amend timing requirements for commercial and residential construction. This amendment would be effective across all property zoned Commercial Residential in Clearfield City.
FSP 1412-0005: A request by Nick Mingo on behalf of Ivory Homes for a Road Dedication Plat to dedicate property along 700 South and 1000 West as public right-of-way located at 1039 West 700 South (TIN: 12-051-0057).
A copy of the application is available for review in the Community Development Department on the 2nd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
