NOTICE OF INTENT TO ANNEX / BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT
On December 9, 2014, the City Council of American Fork, Utah, adopted Resolution No.2014-12-46R indicating its intent to adjust the common boundary with Lehi City to the effect that the following described property will be incorporated in American Fork City as follows:

SOUTH QUARTER CORNER OF SECTION 10, T5S, RlE, SALT LAKE BASE AND
MERIDIAN: SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF LOT 131, PLAT A, HUNTER'S GROVE SUBDIVISION IN LEHI CITY,
PROCEEDING N00°01'30"W 1322.61 FEET ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF HUNTER'S GROVE "A" & "C",
THENCE CONTINUING ON THE EAST SIDE OF HUNTER'S GROVE "C" THE NEXT FOUR (4) CALLS,
NOl° 05'20"W 185.36 FEET,
N00°36'00?E 367.69 FEET,
N00°50'01?E 142.93 FEET,
N89°27'16"W 4.79 FEET REJOINING THE EXISTING AMERICAN FORK
CITY BOUNDARY (0.592 ACRES)
Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing on February 10, 2015, at 7:20 p.m. in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the proposed boundary adjustment.
The City Council will act to adjust the boundary as above described unless, at or before the public hearing, written protests to the boundary adjustment are filed by the owners of real property located within the area proposed for adjustment, representing more than 25 percent of the total private land area and 15 percent of the value of all private real property within the area proposed for adjustment.
The area proposed for inclusion within American Fork City will be automatically withdrawn from each local district providing fire protection, paramedic, and emergency services from Lehi City and included in American Fork City.
Copies of a map showing the location of the adjustment area are available for review by the public at the office of the American Fork City Recorder, 51 East Main Street, during normal business hours.
