- 1. Verification that legal notification requirements have been met: Notice of this public hearing was published in the Salt Lake Tribune, newspaper of general circulation in the State of Utah, on December 4, 2014. The notice was also published on the Public Meeting Website and the District?s website. All requirements for notice of this public hearing were duly given according to Utah law. A copy of the proposed 2015 Budget was also available for public inspection by December 4, 2014 at the District Offices and attached to the public meeting website notice and was available on the District?s website. 2. Questions by Board members. 3. Motion to open public comment session. 4. Call upon individuals who have completed and submitted registration cards. 5. Motion to close public comment session. 6. Board discussion. 7. Motion to adjourn.

- In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodations for participation in the above noticed meeting should contact the District Clerk at 801-250-2118 at least three working days in advance of the meeting. - Trustees may participate electronically in the above noticed meeting in accordance with state law and District regulations. The anchor location for this meeting where the public may attend and monitor the proceedings shall be the District?s board room at 2711 South 8600 West, Magna, Utah, unless otherwise specified above. Any Trustee wishing to participate electronically must notify the District Manager or the District Clerk personally prior to the meeting and provide the telephone number at which the Trustee can be reached at the appointed time. A conference call shall be initiated from the anchor location to each Trustee participating by telephone at the appointed time. If a Trustee is having difficulty connecting to the meeting, please call the District offices at 801-250-2118. This same procedure shall be used at any continuation of this meeting, unless otherwise specified in the meeting.
