KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening and approval of minutes of the October 9, 2014 and October 23, 2014 meetings.
2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation ?B?, contractor office at 1636 West Crestmont Way ? Robert Day.
3. Conditional use permit for a sales trailer at 67 North Flint Street ? Brighton Homes.
4. Public hearing and request to rezone 0.91 acres of property at 647 South Sunset Drive from A-1 (Light Agricultural) to LI (Light Industrial) ? Jeff Peterson.
5. Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for Kaysville Business Park No. 17 Amended at approximately 600 North 900 West ? Kim Keller.
6. Revised final plat approval to phase West Creek Side Estates (formerly Saddlebrook Subdivision) at approximately 2260 West 200 North ? Oakwood Homes.
7. Call to the public.
