- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of North Salt Lake is considering exchanging (disposing of) 10.38 acres of real property that it owns located generally west of the Tunnel Springs Park for approximately 28 acres of real property generally known as the Granite Ridge Development property and located west of the Edgewood Estates. The City Council of North Salt Lake will conduct a public hearing on this matter December 18, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers located at 10 East Center Street in North Salt Lake. Questions related to this proposal may be directed to the City Recorder at (801)335-8709.
