PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE South Weber City, Utah Notice is hereby given on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at approx. 6:00 p.m., in the South Weber City Council Chambers, 1600 E. South Weber Dr., South Weber, Davis County, Utah, the following public hearing will be held before the City Council in a Regular Public Meeting: a rezone request from ULI Holdings LLC for approx. 24.07 acres located at 545 E. 6650 S. (Parcel # 13-018-0015) be changed from an Agricultural Zone (A) to a Residential Moderate Zone (RM). A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at the South Weber City Office, or on the City?s website www.southwebercity.com under Public Notices which is found under the Government drop down menu. The public is invited to attend and make comments. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearing should notify Tom Smith at 801-479-3177 two days prior to the meeting date.
