1.  Call the meeting to order
2. Swear in Mr. Russell Thelin as a new Board member
3. Swear in Ms. Julie Smart as a new Board member
4. Swear in Mr. Joel Jolley as a new Board member
5. Swear in Ms. Kimberly Nortz as a new Board member
6. Swear in Mr. Douglas Roberts as a new Board member
7.  Sign the per diem
8.  Appoint a Chairperson


DISCUSSION ITEMS: 

1.	Establish dates for future Board meetings
2.	Code of Conduct for DOPL Investigations, Audits, and Examinations
3.	Consideration of potential changes to statute and administrative rule
4.	Open and Public Meetings Act Training
