THE CITY OF WEST JORDAN, UTAH
CDBG APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE
Applications are currently available for Non-Profit Agencies wishing to apply for funding under the FY2015-2016 West Jordan Community Development Block Grant Program. Applications are due by 3:00 P.M. Friday, December 19, 2014 from non-profit or for-profit agencies that provide services to West Jordan low and moderate-income residents. Services provided in the past have included homeless shelters, food banks, counseling services for abuse children and adults, dental assistance programs and business start-up loans. Funding will be available beginning July 1, 2015.
Any and all agencies receiving funding will be required to comply with all CDBG regulations, reporting requirements and Executive Order 11246. Agencies requesting funding for construction projects will be required to comply with the additional requirements of the following regulations: Davis Bacon Wage Requirements-HUD 4010, Section 3, Segregated Facilities, Section 109 and all laws and regulations of the Federal government and State of Utah pertaining to bonding/insurance requirements.
