Review probation modification requests received before 12/10/09:
-Scott Green, requesting suspension be terminated.
-Heather Dearing, requesting that her access to controlled substances to be returned and requesting she be allowed to work under general supervision rather than direct supervision.
-Teresa Whitebread, request for termination of probation.  
-Sandy Piatt, requesting she be allowed to discontinue drug screens until she becomes employed in nursing.
