3. Russell Wilson/Symphony Homes -Applicant is requesting a recommendation for Final Plat approval for the proposed Eastridge Cove Conservation Subdivision consisting of 13 lots on 4.785 acres located at approximately 1470 South and 200 East in an LR Zone. (S-3-14)
4. Phil Holland/Wright Development (Public Hearing) ? Applicant is requesting a recommendation for schematic plan approval for the Tuscany Grove Subdivision consisting of 9 lots on 3.55 acres on property located at 86 W. 1600 S. in an LR (Large Residential) zone. (S-14-14)

5. Farmington City (Public Hearing) ? Applicant is requesting a recommendation for approval of a Text Amendment of Chapter 15 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding permitted and conditional uses in the BR Zone. (ZT-10-14)
