- Notice is hereby given that Public Hearings will be held before the Bluffdale City Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 and before the Bluffdale City Council on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at the Bluffdale Fire Station, 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following: - Proposed amendments to portions of chapters 11-9, 11-10, and 11-11, of the Bluffdale City Code and the creation of new chapter 35 in order to consolidate lists of permitted, conditional, and accessory uses for non-residential zones into a single land use table. - Proposed amendments to chapter 11-2 of the Bluffdale City Code in order to add definitions for several land uses. - Proposed text amendments to portions of chapters 11-2, 11-3, and 11-22 of the Bluffdale City Code and the creation of new chapter 11-36 in order to establish the role of the Zoning Administrator.

- The hearings are scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meetings of the Bluffdale City Planning Commission and City Council which will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. If you cannot attend, please provide comments in writing. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing assistance or other services for this meeting should contact Bluffdale City Hall at least 24 hours in advance of such meeting at 801.254.2200.
