- Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Springs City Council will conduct a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Land Use Map of the General Plan and Zoning Map for Riverbend Medical. The property is located at approximately 41 East 1140 North in Saratoga Springs, Utah. The City Council hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the Saratoga Springs City Offices located at 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200 Saratoga Springs, Utah. The property is proposed to be changed from Mixed-Use (MU) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC) on the Saratoga Springs Land Use Map of the General Plan and the Zoning Map. Questions regarding these proposed applications may be directed to the City of Saratoga Springs, telephone 801-766-9793. Copies of this proposed application are available for public inspection at the City Office (1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200 Saratoga Springs, Utah) Monday-Thursday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
