Description/Agenda: CENTERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AND MAP AMENDMENTS (TO IMPLEMENT THE DESIRED GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS AS PROPOPSED IN THE WEST CENTERVILLE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN UPDATE) Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider a zone map and text amendment to the City?s Zoning Ordinance. The proposed zone text and map amendments are to establish a new ?mixed-use district? and its associated development standards to implement the drafted policies of the General Plan Update for the West Centerville Neighborhood.
